- Do
- Responsible for assisting with screen team activities such as: health fairs, teaching classes and other marketing functions that promote Freeman Health System. Primary functions are acting as a lead phlebotomist, ordering supplies for the department, and maintaining all equipment. Consistent with the mission statement and goal of Freeman Health System, acts to model health, by maintaining an optimal level of personal health, a professional appearance and a positive attitude. Works under the supervision of the Screen Team Coordinator and Prevention and Wellness Supervisor. Requirements Safe Sitter Instructor certification within one year of hire. Must pass DOT physical. Clean driving record. Current Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence. Current Missouri Class E or other state's equivalent driver's license; or must obtain within 60 days of hire. AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 365 days. AHA BLS Instructor within 365 days.
