Job Coach

The job coach is responsible for training students with disabilities in work and life skills while assisting them in transitioning to the workforce. They also supervise students at job sites, maintain performance records, and coordinate with employers to ensure student progress.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree or equivalent college credits, or a parapro certification. A minimum of one year of experience in an exceptional student education classroom and a valid florida driver's license are required.
