Preschool Teacher @ the Y - Richmond/Rodeo

Teachers are responsible for planning and facilitating engaging learning activities while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment. They must also document child progress, conduct home visits, and build strong partnerships with families to support developmental growth.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and a current child development permit at the associate teacher level or higher. Additionally, at least 2 years of classroom experience in early childhood programs and completion of 12 semester units in early childhood education are required.
