Preschool Teacher @ the Y - Hayward

Teachers are responsible for creating inclusive learning environments and implementing the creative curriculum to support child development. They must also conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and foster strong partnerships with families through regular communication and conferences.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and a current child development permit at the associate teacher level or higher. Additionally, at least 2 years of classroom experience in early childhood programs and completion of 12 semester units in early childhood education are required.
