Field Trainer

The field trainer facilitates educational courses for in-Home care providers and state workers both in-Person and in virtual environments. They are responsible for managing classroom logistics, ensuring state-Mandated learning objectives are met, and providing an equitable learning experience.

Candidates must have experience in the care provider field or as a support person, along with demonstrated training or facilitation experience. Proficiency with video conferencing software and the ability to travel within the designated oregon region are required.
