Join us in doing the most important job in the world - caring for and educating our future bilingual leaders! This part-time position is Monday-Friday 1:45PM-6:00PM at our Frisco location!

As a SPANISH-SPEAKING AFTERNOON TEACHER, you get to

  • Create a safe, nurturing and welcoming learning environment for our preschoolers.
  • Assist in preparing fun and engaging lesson plans geared toward hands-on learning.
  • Share the Latin culture & Spanish language with the children.
  • Reinforce classroom rules and expectations using positive discipline.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement lessons and activities.
  • Help each child reach their full potential through individualized attention engaging them in conversation and hands-on learning.
  • Document children's daily activities and developmental growth, and keep parents informed of any daily problems or issues.
  • Maintain positive relationships and communication with students, parents, and team members at all times.

Requirements

  • of a SPANISH-SPEAKING AFTERNOON TEACHER include:
  • A high school degree or equivalent required - college degree a plus
  • Speak, read, and write Spanish fluently
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and early childhood development
  • Dependable and able to work Monday-Friday 1:45 PM-6:00 PM

Extra credit for

  • Previous teaching experience with young children
  • Experience in early childhood development
  • Basic English proficiency
