Head Start Center Instructional Assistant

The instructional assistant supports the head start teacher in implementing educational experiences and maintaining a safe, healthy environment for preschool children. They are responsible for assisting with child assessments, classroom documentation, and promoting the development of all students.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged equivalent and experience working with children in a team environment. Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to pass a background check are required.
