1 aide will work one-On-One with assigned students to implement behavior support plans and meet iep goals. They are responsible for tracking behavioral data, providing personal care, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment through de-Escalation and crisis management.
Requirements summary
The position requires a high school diploma and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Experience in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs is preferred.
