Skill Builder

The skill builder is responsible for coordinating life skills and parenting education programs while providing direct supervision to youth residents. They also perform crisis intervention and maintain accurate client records using a trauma-Informed approach.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in human services with one year of experience, or a bachelor's degree. The role requires the ability to manage group dynamics and maintain professional boundaries in a youth-Focused environment.
