Market context
In Massachusetts, toddler teachers are commonly sought in licensed childcare settings, especially where centers need staff with formal early childhood credentials and classroom experience. This role is competitive because employers often prefer candidates with an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, a CDA, or state teacher certification, plus experience in a licensed facility. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your credential match and highlight any toddler classroom experience in your application.
