CDA Instructor

The cda instructor will develop and implement lesson plans for adult learners, integrating academic skills with early childhood education curriculum. They are responsible for overseeing student portfolios, monitoring progress through assessments, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful certification and job placement.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess three to five years of successful teaching experience, preferably with adult learners. Expertise in early childhood education and the ability to teach in english are required, with proficiency in additional languages like spanish, french, or amharic considered a plus.
