Residential Youth Program Leader – Building Our Future Camp

The residential youth program leader is responsible for the 24-Hour supervision and safety of minors participating in the camp. They manage daily program administration, including emergency response, medication oversight, and behavioral support.

Candidates must be able to act quickly and calmly in sensitive situations and maintain constant vigilance over participant safety. The role requires successful completion of state and federal criminal background checks and child abuse clearances.
