Sr Instructional Designer

Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to conduct needs assessments and identify organizational skill gaps. Design and develop diverse training curriculum using modern learning formats including e-Learning, video, and classroom materials.

Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in instructional design. A master's degree is preferred for this role.
