Lower/Middle School Special Education Teacher (K-8/Fairmount Campus)

The teacher will implement individualized education programs (Ieps) for students in a non-Public day setting while adapting instruction to meet diverse academic and developmental needs. They are responsible for maintaining an orderly classroom environment, collaborating with iep teams, and utilizing data to inform instructional strategies.

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a maryland state department of education (Msde) special education certificate. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in special education or a relevant content area is required.
