Child Care Lead Educator

Lead a team in implementing high-Quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum while serving as a mentor and role model for new teachers. Partner effectively with families and use educational quality tools to assess and enhance program implementation.

Candidates must have at least three years of professional experience in a child care setting and hold a cda with an educational plan to complete an associate degree. An associate or higher degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
