Behavior Specialist Assistant - Evening Shift

The behavior specialist assistant supports the implementation of positive behavior support plans for residential students and assists staff in managing challenging behaviors. They also provide crisis intervention, collect behavioral data, and assist with student personal care routines.

Candidates must hold an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field and possess or be willing to obtain a registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. Experience working with students with multiple disabilities, including visual impairments, is preferred.
