Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will shadow and assist rbts and bcbas in implementing treatment plans while collecting electronic data on client behaviors. They will also engage clients in therapeutic activities and communicate daily progress to families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and the ability to obtain cpr certification before starting. A passion for working with children with special needs and a willingness to complete the rbt training program are required.
