Youth Soccer Coach - After School Programming

Responsibilities

Lead soccer classes for children ages 1-14, incorporating age-appropriate drills and games Create a positive and supportive environment that encourages children to learn and grow Provide individual instruction and feedback to help children improve their soccer skills Model and promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants

Requirements

Prior experience working with children Strong soccer playing background Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic and enthusiastic personality Ability to work well in a team Reliable transportation to and from classes Prior experience working with children Experience related to sports/soccer knowledge preferred Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Competitive Pay, the base coaching salary begins at $20/hr. Paid Trainings, including: Soccer Stars Coaching Training, CPR Training, US Soccer Coaching License Pathway Flexible Hours; Our classes run during school hours, after school hours, and on the weekends.
