Swim team- Assist. Coach

The assistant coach works with the head coach to lead and manage the marlins swim program, including creating training plans and overseeing daily operations. They are also responsible for administrative tasks, promoting social events, and assisting with fundraising campaigns.

Candidates should have a strong background in competitive swimming and the ability to effectively communicate with athletes and parents. Professional certifications such as lifeguarding and safety training for swim coaches are preferred or required within 60 days of hire.
