Preschool camp assistant

The preschool camp assistant will support teaching staff by implementing camp programs and upholding ymca core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring while providing high-Quality services to children and parents. Essential duties include assisting with curriculum implementation, supervising children and the classroom, maintaining the room and equipment, and participating in required meetings and trainings.

Candidates must meet minnesota dhs rule 3 aide qualifications, including yearly in-Service requirements, and possess cpr and first aid certifications, which the ymca will provide upon hire. A sincere commitment to working with children developmentally and never having been convicted of child abuse are mandatory.
