Lactation Consultant - Women's Services

The lactation consultant provides assessment, assistance, and support for infant nutrition and breastfeeding to mothers and their families. They also provide education to staff, physicians, and the community while participating in daily inpatient and outpatient operations.

Candidates must hold a current state license and ibclc certification from the international board of lactation consultant examiners. A bsn or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and teaching skills.
