Job Coach

The job coach provides on-The-Job training and support to trainees based on their individual service plans to help them overcome employment barriers. They are responsible for monitoring work performance, conducting task analyses, and maintaining accurate training records while representing the organization professionally.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and six to twelve months of relevant work experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to remain insurable are mandatory, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
