Core responsibilities
The bcba will conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities. They are also responsible for supervising rbts and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-Quality, evidence-Based care.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a bcba or bcaba certification and a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field. Applicants are required to have experience working with children with autism and must be able to pass a background check.
