Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

The behavior technician will deliver one-On-One aba therapy in homes or schools while following behavior intervention plans designed by a bcba. They are also responsible for collecting and recording data on client progress and participating in team meetings.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children. A passion for supporting children with special needs is required, while rbt and cpr certifications are preferred.
