Job description

The NP/PA Intern is an observation-only trainee role designed for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant students to gain exposure to a healthcare setting through supervised observation. The intern shadows licensed providers to observe patient-centered care, clinical workflows, and professional interactions without participating in direct patient care. This position emphasizes learning, collaboration, and understanding evidence-based practice within the scope of academic program requirements and organizational policies.
