Responsibilities

The Training Program consists of classroom instruction and clinical experience. Upon completion of the Program the facility will work to help place candidates in full-time or part-time positions. Training Includes: 120 hour state approved training Clinical patient experience On-site Training No charge for training Training for a high – demand profession

Qualifications

CNA Training Class Eligibility Requirements Must Be 16 years old or older. Successfully pass the English, Reading and Math Competency Test. Must Pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen. A passion for caring for people. Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and other personnel. The ability to be discrete and protect the integrity of confidential information and stay within Corporate Compliance and HIPAA. Knowledge on the use of personal computers, Word and Excel, and working with office machines such as fax and copying machines.
