Youth Worker (BWC TEP)

Youth workers supervise and engage with children ages 6-13 in various activities including arts, sports, and field trips to foster social and intellectual development. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, enforcing program rules, and serving as positive role models for participants.

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and possess a high school diploma or ged, with college experience preferred. A strong passion for youth development and the ability to pass a background check are required.
