Behavior Specialist

The behavior specialist is responsible for training staff on behavior management plans and conducting on-Site monitoring to ensure effective implementation. They also analyze behavioral data and provide ongoing consultation to residential and educational staff.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related field. One year of relevant experience is desirable, along with the ability to perform physical interventions as required by mandt training.
