Training Specialist

The mobile training specialist facilitates training programs for field operations, including creating materials and conducting new hire orientations. They are responsible for tracking course completion in the learning management system and reporting progress to management.

A bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience are preferred, though an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, proficiency in training software, and the ability to travel regularly within southern illinois.
