Youth Support Specialist

The youth support specialist provides direct supervision, training, and support to youth in daily living, social integration, and job skills development. They are responsible for maintaining therapeutic relationships, documenting progress, and facilitating psychoeducational activities in accordance with service plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma with at least 3 years of experience with at-Risk youth, or a bachelor's degree in a human services field with 1 year of experience. A valid driver's license held for at least one year is also required.
