Faculty – Funeral Services Education

The faculty member is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, and evaluation of classroom instruction in funeral services. They also serve as a liaison between the college and clinical sites while providing academic advising and student counseling.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or higher and be a graduate of an abfse-Accredited funeral service institution. Additionally, they must possess valid tennessee funeral director and embalmer licenses and have at least two years of paid work experience in the field.
