Family Resources Specialist

The family resource specialist determines eligibility for child care subsidy programs and supports families in accessing resources for self-Sufficiency. They also manage case records, handle billing and payments, and ensure compliance with program regulations.

Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative functions, case management, or eligibility determinations. Fluency in two or more languages is required to meet the needs of the community served.
