Workforce Career Coach

The career coach serves as the primary contact for participants, managing regulatory requirements, case notes, and follow-Up services related to employment, retention, and termination according to established procedures. Responsibilities also include recruiting for the program, seeking employment and educational opportunities for participants, delivering skills training, and developing job opportunities by connecting with employers and community organizations.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a related bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably working with the targeted population. Candidates must be proficient in microsoft office or online database systems and possess a valid state driver's license, requiring the ability to pass a drug screen.
