English Language Learning / College and Career Readiness Classroom Aide at Literacy Pittsburgh (Summer Work-Study)

The classroom aide supports adult students by providing 1-1 and small-Group assistance in english language learning or ged preparation classes. Responsibilities include monitoring online sessions, leading portions of lessons, and mentoring students on their academic and career goals.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program and have a confirmed federal work study award. A demonstrated commitment to the organization's values and experience with teaching or diverse populations is preferred.
