In Home ABA Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide direct aba therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder in clinical or in-Home settings. They are responsible for implementing behavior reduction protocols, collecting data to monitor progress, and collaborating with bcbas to adjust treatment plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a passion for working with children on the autism spectrum. Experience working with individuals with behavioral or developmental deficits is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible after-School and evening hours.
