Willow Academy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in a structured, supportive school setting. This is a uniquely impactful role where you can bring your ABA expertise into a collaborative educational environment designed to help students build the skills needed to successfully transition to less restrictive settings.
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a ground up program that will be focusing on merging the best qualities of in-center ABA services with the atmosphere of a school environment. You’ll work closely with students with intensive behavioral needs, lead a small and manageable caseload, and receive ongoing clinical mentorship and development.
