The BCBA will provide oversight and development of behavior programming for a small caseload of students, collaborating with educational staff to support student learning. Responsibilities also include coaching RBTs, conducting assessments, and maintaining communication with families and stakeholders.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and an active BCBA certification. Experience in school settings and a trauma-informed mindset are preferred.

Willow Academy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in a structured, supportive school setting. This is a uniquely impactful role where you can bring your ABA expertise into a collaborative educational environment designed to help students build the skills needed to successfully transition to less restrictive settings.
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a ground up program that will be focusing on merging the best qualities of in-center ABA services with the atmosphere of a school environment. You’ll work closely with students with intensive behavioral needs, lead a small and manageable caseload, and receive ongoing clinical mentorship and development.
