  • We are currently seeking a nurturing and imaginative Lead Teacher (Infant Toddler) to join our Early Childhood Education team.
  • In this role, you'll care for and teach children ages six weeks to three years, while creating a safe, responsive, and developmentally rich environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for infants and toddlers Implement integrated service delivery aligned with Head Start Performance Standards, DOH Article 47 Guidelines, and CMCS policies Recognize and support the individual needs of each child's culture, language, and abilities Establish daily routines and smooth transitions that foster emotional security Create nurturing, responsive interactions and environments Accurately document developmental progress using Teaching Strategies GOLD (TSG) and ChildPlus on a weekly basis

Requirements
