Day Support Activities Specialist (DSA) Corvallis, Oregon

If so, Work Unlimited would love to meet you!
Our Day Support Activities (DSA) Program is growing, and we’re hiring in Corvallis. We’re especially interested in candidates who are creative, adaptable, and passionate about helping individuals connect with their communities.

Your Impact as a DSA Specialist Support individuals in developing daily living, social, and community engagement skills Facilitate structured activities both in the community and at program sites Encourage independence while providing appropriate levels of support Model positive behavior, communication, and problem-solving Assist with personal care and maintain a safe, supportive environment Collaborate with team members to implement individualized support plans
What You Bring Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred Background in caregiving, education, behavioral support, or similar fields is a plus Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage others in meaningful activities Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing needs and environments Commitment to inclusion, dignity, and person-centered support
