Partnership Family Coach

The family coach works directly with families to build trust, remove barriers, and support child development through goal setting and resource connection. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and collaborating with community partners.

Candidates must have an associate degree in social sciences or human services, or two years of relevant social services experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks are required.
