A bachelor's degree is preferred along with 1-3 years of relevant coaching experience. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the university's Christian mission and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

The purpose of this position is to assist the head coach in the development and growth of the swim program at Dordt which will support the mission of the university, as well as bring a knowledge and passion of swimming to students, with a commitment to excellence and bringing glory to God.
