Family Support Specialist

The family support specialist provides home and community-Based education, support, and service coordination to families and children. They are responsible for facilitating support groups, managing client documentation, and linking families to necessary community resources.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, though lived experience may be considered. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work evenings and weekends are required.
