Toddler Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum while maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment. They must also manage classroom operations, support individual student needs including ieps, and maintain professional communication with families and staff.

Candidates must meet state licensing requirements for a lead teacher, which typically include a high school diploma or ged and relevant experience or credentials. A degree in early childhood education or a cda credential is preferred, along with the ability to pass background clearances.
