The grna will provide anesthesia services within the anesthesiology department following graduation from the nurse anesthesiology program. They are responsible for maintaining patient safety and adhering to all institutional and regulatory standards.

Candidates must be graduates of the albany medical center nurse anesthesiology program and must obtain nbcrna certification within 90 days of graduation. The role requires a commitment to professional standards and compliance with hipaa and institutional policies.
