Family Service Support Staff

The family service support staff assists in auditing ersea and family services records to ensure compliance with head start program standards. They also facilitate family engagement strategies and maintain accurate documentation within the childplus system.

Candidates must hold an associate’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field. Proficiency in microsoft office and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 40 pounds are required.
