Child Care Counselor

The child care counselor provides direct care and supervision to youth in a residential treatment setting while implementing individualized treatment plans. They are responsible for managing behavior, ensuring safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support therapeutic goals.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least 5 years of experience in a residential or special education setting, including 3 years in a supervisory role. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform crisis intervention and behavior management are also required.
