JYF - Community Based Therapist

The therapist conducts intensive in-Home and community-Based treatment using the mst model for youth aged 12-17.5 transitioning from residential placement, focusing on behavior change within the youth's natural environment.

A master’s degree in a new york state licensable field is preferred, along with clinical experience in relevant therapeutic modalities like dbt or family systems theory, and availability for 24/7 rotating on-Call duties.
