Senior Counselor

The senior counselor will provide trauma-Informed therapeutic individual, family, group, and crisis services for young people aged 10 to 25 who identify as a girl or woman. Responsibilities include assessing and planning personalized treatment, conducting crisis intervention, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and implementing restorative justice techniques.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant field, with lmsw or lmhc preferred, and must obtain licensure within six months of hire. Proven clinical experience serving trauma survivors using trauma-Informed, anti-Oppressive practices is essential, alongside a commitment to social justice and cultural humility.
