Lead Teacher-VA

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and executing developmentally appropriate lessons to support the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of children. They must maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment while communicating effectively with parents and staff.

Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and possess at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Applicants must be first aid/Cpr trained and demonstrate strong organizational and relationship-Building skills.
