Lead Teacher: Summer Camp

Lead teachers are responsible for planning lessons and executing the curriculum while ensuring a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for preschool children. This includes planning daily lessons that support social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and communicating professionally with parents and staff.

Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and have at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Essential requirements include being first aid/Cpr trained, meeting all state requirements, and demonstrating strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a commitment to professional development.
